Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga


IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

  • Registration ends at 5:00pm the day prior to every SUP class. Students must arrive 15 minutes before class begins.

  • BYOB stands for “bringing your own board.” If you need to rent a board, please make sure to register under SUP class w/ board rental.

Take your yoga practice outside and enjoy the beautiful PNW on a paddle board with Kelsey Deacon! Stand-Up Paddleboard Yoga reconnects you with nature as you get to experience yoga outside, on the water and under the sun (on an anchored board).

This 90 minute all-levels class is about having fun and learning how to move your body with the gentle movements of water. No paddling experience needed, but some yoga experience may be beneficial.

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to class, so we can get you all set-up and on the water by class time! Wear comfortable clothing (clothing you don't mind getting wet) and sunglasses are nice to have just make sure they are attached to you. Falling in does happen (sometimes), so just be prepared to get wet.

Have your own board? Wonderful! Please make sure to bring your board, paddle and life vest.

All registration must happen before class online!

$35 for class and board rental. $20 BYOB (bring your own board).

We will meet at Round Lake in Camas, WA (across from Lacamas Lake). Parking is available by passing Round Lake and crossing the bridge. Take a right on NE 35th and park in the dirt lot on the left side. Please arrive no later than 6:15pm.
