Join Kelsey Regan on Sunday, May 17th from 12:30p-3p to explore the essence of Hanuman through storytelling, journaling, chanting, and a soulful Vinyasa practice.
Together, we’ll cultivate courage, devotion, and selfless action within our own hearts. No prior knowledge of Bhakti or Hanuman is needed. All levels are welcome!

Summer Solstice Sound Bath

Softly celebrate the longest day of the year with a soothing evening of gentle yoga, reflective journaling, and immersive sound.
We’ll begin with slow, grounding movement and breath to release tension and open the body, followed by a short guided journaling ritual to clarify intentions for the season ahead.
We’ll close with a deeply restorative sound bath to help you rest, reset, and realign.
All levels welcome.

Prenatal & Baby Yoga
Prenatal Yoga
Designed to honor you and your growing baby. Through breath work, mindful movement, and calming meditation - each class invites you to connect deeply with your changing body and your baby in a deeply supportive environment.
We’ll move through poses that both strengthen and release, cultivating space in your body and peace in your mind. All trimesters are welcome!

Baby & Me Yoga
Best suited for babies 6 weeks until crawling — all level yogi moms & caregivers are welcome!
This class will provide a wonderful way to bond with your baby while connecting with other mothers in this season of life. We will focus on nurturing your postpartum body with gentle core and pelvic floor work to help you regain strength and stability, as well as release common areas of tension in the arms, shoulders, and upper back.
This is a relaxed baby centered class - please feed, change, rock and care for your baby in any way they need.
