Join Kelsey Regan on Sunday, September 28th 2p-4p for heart, flow, and mantra. This special workshop combines yoga philosophy, asana (physical practice), meditation, and chanting to deepen our connection with ourselves, each other, and the world around us. Open to all levels.
Prenatal & Baby Yoga
Prenatal Yoga
Designed to honor you and your growing baby. Through breath work, mindful movement, and calming meditation each practice invites you to connect deeply with your changing body, your baby, and your intuition.
We’ll move through poses that both strengthen and release, cultivating space in your body and peace in your mind. All trimesters are welcome!
Baby & Me Yoga
Best suited for babies 6 weeks until crawling but all level yogi moms & caregivers are welcome!
This class will provide a wonderful way to bond with your baby while connecting with other mothers in this season of life. We will focus on nurturing your postpartum body with gentle core and pelvic floor work to help you regain strength and stability, as well as release common areas of tension in the arms, shoulders, and upper back.
This is a relaxed baby centered class - please feed, change, rock and care for your baby in any way they need.
